Users & invites
Invite teammates, change roles, grant or revoke seats, and disable an account when someone leaves.
Admin → Users & invites is where you bring people into the organisation and manage the ones already in it. It has three parts: an invite form, outstanding invites, and the member list.
Inviting someone
Enter an email, pick a role — Admin, Member, or Guest — and send. Cuelist emails an invite link; if the mail doesn't arrive, the page shows the link so you can pass it on directly. Pending invites sit in their own table with the inviter and an expiry, and you can cancel any of them before they're accepted.
Managing members
The member list sorts by name, role, last seen, or licence, and filters by group. For each member you can change their role, grant or revoke a licensed seat, and disable or remove them. The owner and your own row are read-only here — demoting or removing an owner needs an ownership transfer first. Opening a member shows their detail page: status, two-factor, groups, project count, and recent activity.
The disabled-account caveat
Disabling a member is a hard lockout, not a pause. They lose all access to the organisation immediately — no projects, no editor, no API. Their authored cues and annotations stay attributed to them. Re-enabling restores access; their licensed seat is unaffected by the disable, so revoke the seat separately if you want to free it.
