Groups
Bundle members into teams — LX, SM, Cast — for project sharing, with an optional default group.
Admin → Groups bundles members into teams you can share projects with as a unit instead of person by person. Typical groups follow the room: an LX team, an SM team, the cast.
Creating and managing groups
Add a group with a name and an optional description. Each group in the list shows its slug, member count, and description. Open a group to rename it, add or remove members, set or clear the default flag, and delete it. Member and audit guarantees on the detail page match the list page, so it doesn't matter which surface you act from.
The default group
One group can be marked as the default. New members who join the organisation are auto-enrolled into it, which is the quickest way to make sure everyone lands somewhere with sensible project access from day one. Mark a group default from the list with "Make default"; "Unmark as default" clears it again. Only one group is the default at a time.
Groups are about sharing reach, not permissions — what a member can do comes from their role. Use groups to decide which shows a team sees, and roles to decide what they can change.
