Plan, seats & invoices

See the current plan, change it, watch seat usage, set the billing contact, and pull invoices.

Admin → Plan, seats, invoices manages the Cuelist subscription for the organisation. The plan card shows your current tier, whether you're on trial, the next renewal date, and a seat-usage bar so you can see how close you are to the limit.

Changing plan

An upgrade goes through a confirmation step. Cuelist asks Stripe for the prorated charge and shows you the exact amount you'll be charged now — for the remainder of the current period, with a one-time rebate for unused current-tier time — before you confirm. Nothing is charged until you press Confirm upgrade.

A downgrade is handled in the Stripe portal and takes effect at the period close. Until that date the plan card shows "Active until" and you keep full access; a Re-subscribe shortcut lets you cancel the downgrade before it lands. After the date the org drops to Free.

Billing contact & alerts

The billing email — where Stripe receipts and dunning notices go — lives here (it moved from the organisation page). It's owner-only to edit and defaults to the owner's address. Any admin can opt themselves in to billing-change alerts; the owner and billing contact always receive them.

Invoices

Recent invoices are listed with amount, status, and links to the hosted Stripe invoice and PDF. Use "Manage in Stripe" for card details and the full billing history.
