Audit log

Every domain change in the organisation, filterable by who, what, where, and when — exportable to CSV.

Admin → Audit log records the domain changes made in the organisation: projects created or updated, members added or removed, roles changed, billing events, and the rest. It's the page to reach for when you need to answer "who did this, and when?"

Filtering

The filters narrow the log by user, an action substring (for example project.updated), a resource type (project), and a date range. Two more filters — project and group — let you scope the log to a single show or team. Each row shows a friendly action label with the raw machine value underneath, the actor, the affected resource, and the timestamp. Reset clears everything back to the full log.

Exporting

The CSV export respects whatever filters are active, so you can export just the slice you filtered to rather than the whole log — handy for a tour handover, a security review, or an incident write-up.

What isn't here

Annotation edits aren't audited on this page — those have their own revision history on the annotation itself. The audit log is for organisation-level domain changes, not the moment-to-moment editing of a script.
