Incoming project transfers

Accept or decline a project another Cuelist organisation has offered to hand over to yours.

Admin → Incoming project transfers is the inbox for projects another Cuelist organisation has offered to hand to yours — a production company passing a finished show to a venue, say, or a freelancer handing a project back to the client.

Reviewing an offer

Each pending transfer lists the project, the source organisation, who requested it, an expiry, and any note the sender added. Open one to review it before deciding. The detail page spells out exactly what happens on accept, so you're not accepting blind.

Accepting or declining

On accept, the project's organisation flips to your workspace. All cues, annotations, layers, bookmarks, and document history come across; author attribution stays attached to the original people. Project members who aren't in your organisation lose their direct membership and can be re-invited from your side afterwards. An audit row lands in both organisations. Decline simply turns the offer down.

Transfers expire. If one has lapsed it can no longer be accepted — the source organisation has to send a fresh request. A transfer that's already been accepted or declined is shown as resolved and can't be acted on again.
