Integrations

Admin → Integrations wires Cuelist events into your own systems. The working integration today is outbound webhooks; Slack and Microsoft Teams installs are marked coming soon until their install flows ship.

Outbound webhooks

Add an HTTPS endpoint, tick the events you care about, and Cuelist POSTs a signed JSON envelope when they happen. The signing secret is shown once on creation. The page lists your endpoints and recent deliveries, and each delivery has a Replay button for re-sending a payload after you've fixed a consumer.

Event kinds

Events span the project lifecycle (created, updated, archived, deleted), cross-org transfers (requested, completed, declined, cancelled), documents (uploaded, processed), cues (created, updated, deleted), annotations (created, resolved), and membership (added, removed). The billing events cover the subscription lifecycle: billing.subscription.active, billing.subscription.updated for a mid-term plan change, billing.payment_failed when an invoice payment fails, and billing.subscription.canceled when the org drops back to free.
